CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Calhoons Professional Grooming Services. I value your time as well I would expect the same in return. I have a 12 hour cancelation policy. If your unable to make your appointment you must cancel before 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand things come up in life and we have to pivot as needed. This fee covers me in the event a cancelation or no shows and happen and I'm unable to fill that appointment slot with in reasonable time. Fees are applied on a case by case basis especially if there is communication. Thank you and look forward to serving you!
